Mark is a trial lawyer with over 30 years of experience in state and federal courts in practice areas of construction, product liabilty, transprortation coverage and bad faith. A cum laude graduate of Northwestern University School of Law, Mark brings legal scholarship to his clien'ts business needs combined with tenacicous advocacy to achieve advantageous resolution of difficult matters. Mark has represented the London Market and other international insurers on substantial catestrophic claims for over 25 years. He is a sought after speaker at industry conferences and identified as a strategic thought leader on claims management, litigation and resoluton. Mark is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell. He has been identified as a Super Lawyer in both Illinois and California. He has been honored with the Trial Lawyer Award in Illinois for the largest subrogation recovery in Cook County, and was recently recognized as the Trial Lawyer of the Year by Old Republic Insurance Company for consecutive years in 2012 and 2103.
