Joshua Dixon

Biography

Josh Dixon is the Workers’ Compensation at Westfield Insurance’s Lancaster Service Office. In February of this year he also became Leader of Westfield’s PIP claims unit, significantly expanding his responsibilities and staff. Josh has 10 years of experience handling Workers’ Compensation claims and 15 years of supervisory and management experience.
 
Before joining Westfield in February of 2012, Josh worked for 3 years as the President and CEO of the Urban League of Lancaster County, a non-profit affiliate of the National Urban League. Prior to that, Josh spent 9 years with Eastern Alliance Insurance Group as a WC Claims Supervisor. He joined Eastern three years after the company was formed and worked diligently as it grew from a small entity with one location and 25 employees to a much larger one with 3 locations and over 200 employees.
 
Prior to joining Eastern, Josh worked as a Workers’ Compensation claim handler with EBI Companies, PMA and Chubb.
 
Josh is a 1991 graduate of Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA where he continues to reside with his two daughters.
