Matt has been active in the field of consulting and forensic engineering since 1995. He graduated from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Mr. Dubbin has taught numerous electrical investigation classes for the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms and the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension as well as other state, local, and private organizations. Mr. Dubbin's investigations include examinations of electrical equipment failures, electric shock, electrocution, and fires.
