Biography
Cynthia Rouse is a Claim Director with Old Republic Construction Insurance Group. She has in excess of 30 years of insurance industry experience in a number of disciplines including claims, customer service and training. In her current role, she is directly responsible for the oversight of complex liability construction program claims involving both bodily injury and property damage. Cynthia provides direction and guidance to senior handlers in order to bring claims to a timely and accurate conclusion. She also works directly with legal counsel in regards to both coverage and defense of those files in litigation.
