Experience in oversight of all Risk Management department policies and procedures including strategic planning and annual business goals, overhead budget and projections, corporate insurance programs, wrap-up programs, subcontractor default, bonding, global reach, claims, litigation management, contract review, contractual risk transfer, risk financing, safety, loss control, crisis management, training, and captive management. With a relatable and honest approach, Christine guides project teams and clients through the complexities of Risk Management programs. Previous committees: Safety Committee, ESOP Committee, C-19 Task Force, and Crisis Management Committee.
An active member of the industry, Christine has been a panel speaker at numerous seminars including the West Coast Casualty Construction Defect Seminar and the Claims & Litigation Management Seminar and is an advisory board member of the International Risk Management Institute (IRMI).
