Biography
Michael Hollingsworth is currently Claims Director at Old Republic Construction Insurance Group, Inc. (ORCIG). Mr. Hollingsworth joined the ORCPG in July 2015. Michael has over 43 years of Claims experience across many platforms, from the basic First and Third Party Property Claims to the most complex Oil Field Liability Claims on Off Shore Oil Platforms in the Gulf of Mexico and on shore in Louisiana and Texas. He has managed program business claims that included National Trucking Operations, government Fleet programs and Municipal bus lines. His work also includes Professional Liability for Agents, Brokers and Financial Planners and Commercial property Owners for their liability. Over the last 20 years Michael has focused his work in the Construction defect and the Construction accident arena managing large loses nationally. He is responsible for litigation and management of the vendor/legal services that are utilized in handling the day to day adjusting of Construction claims. Mr. Hollingsworth is focused on driving appropriate cost effective resolution strategies, effective litigation management to reduce legal costs, and enhance contractual risk transfer opportunities for his construction clients.
