Biography
Deborah Hirschorn is a Director of Complex Claims with AIG Property & Casualty, Financial Lines Claims.In this role, she handles high exposure claims impacting the security and privacy, crisis management, technology, media, internet, and miscellaneous professional liability policies and advises senior management, underwriters, brokers and insureds regarding coverage, litigation / dispute resolution strategies and the business impact of the claims.
Deborah joined AIG in 2006, after working as a litigator in state and federal courts for law firms in New Jersey focusing on insurance coverage and reinsurance issues for over five years.She also clerked for New Jersey Superior Court Judge Katherine Brock in Union County, New Jersey. She received her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from The University of New Hampshire.
