Biography
Mr. Jarvis began his legal career in Norfolk, Virginia where he practiced insurance and maritime defense until 1981. At that time he joined the legal department of Johns Manville Corporation. He was responsible for litigation in the southern United States. He returned to private practice in 1984, and founded what is now the law firm of Coombe Curry Rich & Jarvis. Since 1984, Keith has been responsible for complex litigation involving construction defect and major personal injury and property damage claims. His practice focuses on construction defects lawsuits against general contractors, developers, subcontractors and material suppliers, in addition to products liability, premises liability, fire cause and origin, medical products liability, toxic tort and environmental litigation. Furthermore, he handles serious personal injury and wrongful death suits and claims.
Keith is a member of the Colorado State Bar, the United States Supreme and the United States Circuit Courts of Appeals for the Fourth, Sixth and Tenth Circuits. Moreover, he holds an AV Preeminent peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, has been named one of the “Best Lawyers” in America, and has been selected to the list of Super Lawyers in Colorado for construction litigation.
