Biography
Ms. Loeschner is a civil defense attorney with over 15 years of insurance defense experience. Before joining Evans & Dixon in 2018, Ms. Loeschner was voted first ever, female partner at her previous firm. She has spent the majority of her career defending a variety of third party and first party claims including personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, automobile liability, construction liability, premises liability, directors and officers liability, third party criminal acts, fire losses, products liability and restaurant liability. Laurie not only completes all aspects of pre-trial discovery, but she also has notable mediation, bench trial, first chair and second chair jury trial experience. She also been successful in drafting and arguing dipositive motions and has appellate experience in the Missouri Court of Appeals and the Missouri Supreme Court.
