Biography

Stuart Poage is a Board Certified Construction Attorney, Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator,  and panelist on the American Arbitration Association's Construction Law and Consumer Law arbitration panels. He is currently a partner at Pennington, P.A., where he maintains an active mediation and arbitration practice. He was previously an office-managing shareholder for Kubicki Draper's Jacksonville and Tallahassee offices. He is licensed to practice law in Florida, Georgia and Kentucky state and federal courts. His practice areas include mediation/arbotration, construction defects, premises liability, product defects, automobile/personal injury accidents, as well as complex civil litigation including wrongful death claims and property disputes. During his legal career, he has worked for and on behalf of both insurance companies and individual corporate entities in additional areas of law including worker's compensation, disability claims, and federal black lung litigation. In his spare time he enjoys running marathons, playing golf and spending time with his wife Stacey and their two children Alexa and Ryan.
