Biography

Victoria (Vicki) Phillips is a Subrogation Supervisor at Erie Insurance.  Her position includes oversight of senior staff handling property subrogation matters from inception through the litigation process.  Her background at Erie Insurance includes a Sr. Subrogation Specialist position, and roles as a Property and Liability Adjuster.  She has participated in the design and presentation of subrogation training topics for subrogation and claims adjusting staff.      
Vicki is actively involved in insurance trade associations, including the National Association of Subrogation Professionals, in which she serves as a track leader, committee co-chair, and benchmarking committee member.  She serves as an arbitrator for Arbitration Forums.
Vicki is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, with a bachelor’s degree in communications.  She holds the following insurance industry designations:  CSRP, AIC, AIS, AINS, AIC-M.
