Anthony Valach

Biography

Anthony P. Valach co-chairs the Privacy and Data Security Litigation Group at Bennett, Bricklin
& Saltzburg LLC. Previously, Anthony was General Counsel and Vice President of Operations at a leading IT Managed Service Provider which provides businesses in the Philadelphia area with network monitoring, data infrastructure support and business technology solutions. Among other things, Anthony was responsible for developing policies and procedures to prevent data breaches and cyber-attacks and coordinating responses to them. Anthony’s background in engineering and complex litigation helped ensure that his clients’ vulnerabilities were proactively considered and responded to appropriately.
 
Anthony earned his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from The Catholic
University of America in Washington D.C. and his law degree from The Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology. At Chicago-Kent, he received a Certificate in
Intellectual Property and was the Managing Editor of the Chicago-Kent Journal of Intellectual Property. Anthony worked at a boutique firm in Chicago focusing on complex federal litigation. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Illinois bars and is admitted to practice in the federal courts of the Northern District of Illinois, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.
