Biography
At Security First Insurance Company, Traci serves as the Claims Director overseeing residential first party property insurance claims. This includes the current role of transitioning the company from a third party administrator platform to an in-house claims handling program. Traci works closely with Litigation and SIU in the development of claims handling best practices to stay abreast of the trends and growth affecting the insurance industry. This includes a large number of claims involving assignment of benefits cases. She is also one of the founding members of the Florida Property Task Force.
Traci received her Master’s Degree from Troy State University and currently maintains Certifications as a Fraud Examiner with both the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and the International Association of Special Investigative Units (IASIU). In addition, Traci is an active member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP). Prior to her years in the insurance industry Traci worked 11 years in law enforcement in the State of Florida.
