Biography
Carmen is Canadian born but has been residing in Rye, New Hampshire since 2013. He practiced for 30 years in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada as insurance defense counsel for most major insurance companies and is the Past President of Risk Management Counsel of Canada (2012-2013) and the Canadian Defense Lawyers (2006-2007). Carmen is also a member of the Massachusetts bar and currently works at RiverStone Claims Management, LLC in Manchester, New Hampshire overseeing general liability claims and claims counsel in the defense of claims nationwide involving construction defect, products liability, sexual molestation and catastrophic injuries. Carmen has completed the Harvard Negotiation Institute, Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School (Oct. 2012) and has been involved in countless mediations over the course of his career.
