Mark has been practicing law since 1993 and is experienced in various areas of complex insurance and reinsurance litigation as well as insurance regulatory issues. His experience includes coverage disputes involving matters such as commercial property damage, energy and power generating facilities, builders' risk and delay in completion/delay in start-up losses, lost business income and other time element claims, and boiler and machinery claims. He has litigated actions involving properties under construction, energy transmission, distribution and power generating stations, manufacturing facilities, hotels and resorts, casinos, hospitals and health care facilities, residential condominium/co-op buildings, warehouses, big box retail stores and various other commercial properties. He is also experienced in the defense of liability actions involving matters such as employment practices, professional liability claims, exposure to pollutants and toxins, and suits against directors and officers. He is admitted to the New York and New Jersey bars and has litigated in numerous other federal and state courts throughout the United States. Mark is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and a graduate of Syracuse University, Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, and of Hofstra Law School (J.D.), where he was an editor of the Hofstra Law Review.
