Michelle Claverol

Biography

Michelle Claverol, is the Director of Claims and Insurance Litigation at Risk Managment Services, LLC and Bluegreen Corporation in Boca Raton, FL. She led a sucessful insurance defense practice as a Partner and has now joined an experienced team of Adjusters, Brokers and Risk Managers that serve hospitality and retail clients nationwide.  She has over 11 years of experience in civil litigation – in both state and federal courts — and has extensive experience in complex litigation cases in the areas of property insurance, errors and omissions, builder’s risk, business interruption; as well as general liability claims and insurance fraud investigations (arson – theft).

Michelle earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Planning from the University of Miami and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law. She is a former federal law clerk and is fluent in Spanish. She  lives in Fort Lauderdale, FL with her family, and routinely volunteers her time in community outreach programs.
