Biography
Since 2005, CSI’s Surveillance Division has been lead by Mr. Vincent Pinchotti. Over his 20-year career Mr. Pinchotti has personally conducted hundreds of complex and sensitive investigations including: homicide, drug, fraud, asset location and misappropriation, bankruptcies, embezzlement, forgery, assault, theft, due diligence, worker’s compensation, insurance liability, and surveillance investigations.
In his role as Director of Surveillance, Mr. Pinchotti set standards, policies and procedures to ensure comprehensive surveillance investigations deliver actionable results that maximize our customer’s investment in our services. Having testified and undergone cross-examination as a senior surveillance expert in front several federal and hundreds of state courts, Mr. Pinchotti is acutely aware of the high standards required of his craft.
As it relates to Worker’s Compensation investigations, Mr. Pinchotti possesses specialized knowledge and skills in worker’s compensation law, claims handling, principles of disability, disability prevention and management, medicine, insurance and self-insurance. He earned the accreditation of Certified Worker’s Compensation Professional (CWCP) from Michigan State University School of Human Resources & Labor Relations, one of the most respected schools in the country.
