Peter Mansmann

Biography

Peter L. Mansmann is president of Precise, Inc., a litigation technology firm. The company's goal is to help law firms and corporate legal teams manage litigation in a defensible, cost-efficient manner using tailored forensic data collection and ESI processing, advanced information management, intuitive document review, and persuasive presentation techniques.
 
Peter co-founded Precise in 2000 and, as president, he helps guide the company's long-range activities with an eye toward enabling his clients to meet their goals. He also maintains partner-level oversight of the company's eDiscovery and Forensic departments. Under his guidance, Precise’s forensic department has been engaged in hundreds of matters involving forensic collection, analysis, reporting and expert testimony in a broad array of cases.    
In the field, Peter leads seminars on data collection and computer forensics, eDiscovery, advanced search technologies, trial technologies, medical record audit trails, information and records management, document retention, and law firm profitability. He contributes his expertise to the development of eDiscovery action plans as well as the negotiation of ESI protocols.
 
Peter attended Washington and Jefferson College and earned his JD from Duquesne University School of Law.
