Biography
TJ Bradley is Senior Legal Counsel with ProAssurance. Ms. Bradley joined the ProAssurance Claims Department in 1998 and joined the Legal Department in 2008. In her role as Senior Legal Counsel, she provides legal advice and support to executive and operational employees on corporate legal issues, including litigation, regulatory compliance, contracts, and coverage. Ms. Bradley is the designated Medicare compliance attorney for the ProAssurance companies. In that capacity, she manages the Medicare reporting; conducts employee, defense attorney, agent, and insured education regarding Medicare regulations; and developed Medicare reporting compliance procedures. Prior to joining ProAssurance, she was in private practice in Birmingham, AL, with a general legal defense firm specializing in the defense of railroads, medical providers, and workers’ compensation claims. Ms. Bradley received her bachelor degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1990 and her law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1993.
