Biography
Diana Romano-Wong is a Manager, Litigation for Quanta Services, Inc. headquartered in Houston, Texas. She works with Quanta’s TPA, in-house legal department, operating companies and outside defense counsel managing the insured auto and general liability litigation as well as reviewing contractual obligations including tenders for defense, indemnity and additional insured status.
Diana has extensive experience in claims handling including investigation, settlement negotiations and mediation. She is able to identify risk strengths and weaknesses to use to her benefit in settlement negotiations. She is known for her creative thinking to get matters resolved.
Diana has been at Quanta for since January 2015. Prior to Quanta, Diana worked at Travelers Insurance as a Sr. Techinical Specialist for almost 30 years handling oil & gas claims, first party bad faith, serious general liability and auto claims. Diana is married with three children and two granddaughters and a grandson.
