Biography
Christopher Smith has over 25 years of experience handling professional and commercial liability matters. He is an experienced medical malpractice defense trial lawyer with multiple victories in California’s trial and appellate courts, as well as an experienced claims professional. His practice includes now focus' on providing general counsel and claims and litigation management services to clients in healthcare providers and related industries. He received a B.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of San Diego and a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law.
