Biography

Ericka joined Sedgwick in January, 2016. Her expertise is designing programs to engage, retain, develop and advance a culture of inclusion.

Prior to pursuing a career with Sedgwick, Ericka was the Global Diversity and Inclusion Manager for International Paper, where she oversaw activities that drove company’s integrated D&I strategy through close working relationships with business and functional leaders.  In addition to International Paper, Ericka has led the diversity and inclusion efforts at BAE Systems, American Red Cross, Blood Services, American Cancer Society, and Talbots, Inc.

Ericka has a proven track-record in leading diversity strategy creation and implementation, equal opportunity employment compliance, diversity recruitment, training and programming.  Her specialty is integrating diversity and inclusion practices into the companies’ processes and business activities by advocating actions that will help drive business results.

Ericka holds a degree in Speech Communication from Bradley University located in Peoria, Illinois and a Strategic Diversity and Inclusion Management Certification from Georgetown University located in Washington D.C.
