Cyndy Larsen

Biography

Cyndy Larsen is the Area Vice President for Kaiser On-the-Job® Sales and Account Management and has national responsibilities for the business line.  She has extensive sales and operational workers’ compensation experience bringing medical management, provider network, claims and disability management solutions to national employers, TPAs and insurance carriers.  Cyndy held key leadership positions with healthcare and insurance organizations including CorVel, HealthNet, HIH America Insurance Co., Zenith Insurance Co., Intracorp and Royal Insurance Co.  She started with Kaiser Permanente as KOJ’s NCal Regional Sales Manager in January 2010 and was promoted to her current position in July, 2014.

Cyndy also leads the Diversity and Inclusion Team Champions for Kaiser Permanente’s Sales, Account Management, Underwriting, Health Plan Operations and Medicare departments in California.

Cyndy holds a B.S. in Nursing from University of Nevada, is a licensed RN, and achieved Certified Case Manager (CCM) and Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS) professional designations.  She received a Lifetime Achievement Award, presented to her by the California Workers’ Compensation Institute, for her over 20 years of leadership in the field of Workers’ Compensation Medical Management, has been a frequent speaker at workers’ compensation industry events, and is a member of the National Organization of Women Executives in Workers’ Compensation.
