Ray Zale is Managing Partner for U.S., Canada, Hong Kong and China. NorAsia is the former non attest Consultancy & Advisory practice group of Anton & Chia, LLP. He has been active across the private market since 1980, with experience in corporate finance, C-level operational improvements, investment banking, loan origination, capital equipment leasing and vendor financing. Prior to NorAsia and Anton & Chia, LLP, Mr. Zale completed 10 years of turnaround management assignments comprising: strategic growth cases for Chairman of privately-held U.S. headquartered wall décor, picture frame and furniture importer/distributor to top 50 big box retailers product manufactured in China, Vietnam and India; financial cases as Director, Business Development for Apex Restaurant Group’ Management and Value Enhancement services; Private equity capital raise & realization as President at request of Chairman of Portashots distilled spirits; COO to Dallas, TX headquartered JDH Investments, retained by Managing Member to capitalize, operationally launch, grow sales channels and create successful equity exit for adipose tissue Biolife Cell Bank, Inc.; operational, manufacturing, strategic, financial and sales channel improvements at request of Chairman of Dickie’s Apparel’ Selecta licensee as President. Prior to Cases, Mr. Zale was a senior managing director at FTI Capital Advisors, LLC, a NASD member firm and wholly- owned subsidiary of FTI Consulting, Inc. leading restaurant, food manufacturing, food distribution and consumer food products industry practice. Prior to joining FTI, for 14 years Mr. Zale was a Principal, Shareholder, and Director of J.H. Chapman Group L.L.C., based in Dallas.

Mr. Zale received his B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1977, M.B.A. from the University of Texas/TexasState University in 1979 and Certificate, Harvard University; Strategic Finance for Smaller Businesses in 2000.
