Biography
Cesar Pereira is the General Counsel of OHL North America, the US and Canadian operations of the Global Construction and Engineering firm OHL. OHL North America operates in Canada and has construction projects in the US States of California, Texas, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey and New York. In his position, Mr. Pereira is responsible for managing all litigation, including insurance claims, compliance, corporate legal and construction operational risks for all the companies that make up OHL North America. Mr. Pereira has been involved in construction legal issues for over 12 years in a variety of capacities in the public and private sector.
