Sherrianne Hanavan

Biography

Ms. Hanavan is Assistant Secretary for Catalina U.S. Insurance Services LLC in addition to her role as Claims Manager. Ms. Hanavan joined Catalina in 2015 as part of the acquisition of ProBuilders Insurance Company (PBSIC) and NBIS, a third party handling the claims for PBSIC, having spent seven years in their claims department.  Prior to  NBIS, Ms. Hanavan worked at RiverStone as Claim Manager of the San Diego office. Ms. Hanavan is an accomplished insurance claims professional with expertise in construction defect, general liability, personal injury, auto and property claims adjusting.  Her claims experience includes over 30 years in the industry.  For the last 18 years, Ms. Hanavan has been involved in the management side of claims. As Senior Claim Manager her responsibilities include oversight of claim exposure, providing authority and supervising claims personnel.   She is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a degree in Business Management.  She is a graduate of the FDCC Litigation Management College and Graduate Program. Ms. Hanavan also holds adjusting licenses in 29 states.
