David Smith is Vice President and Counsel for Litigation and Compliance at Toll Bros., Inc., a Fortune 500 Company that is the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes. At Toll, David serves as counsel to multiple divisions across the Company including homebuilding operations, apartment living operations, Toll Golf, and Toll Landscape. David also serves as counsel to the Toll Marketing and Human Resources Departments, and also serves as the chief compliance counsel. He is a graduate of Boston College and the Georgetown University Law Center.
