Angela Lee

Biography

Angela Lee is the Director of National Claims Operations at Marsh McLennan Agency.  In this role, Angela manages development and implementation of strategic plans for efficient claims management and advocacy across the organization.  Prior to joining the National Business Insurance Team, Angela led Marsh McLennan Agency's Southeast Region Claims Practice Group as the Senior Vice President - Regional Claims Director.  In this role, Angela managed complex negotiations and facilitated resolution of claims issues on behalf of clients across all P&C and specialty lines of coverage. 

Angela is an experienced claim professional with over two decades of experience in coverage analysis, claims management, policy interpretation and claims advocacy.  She has worked for organizations such as Travelers, Beazley and Willis Towers Watson in managing complex and challenging issues, with specialized expertise in Cyber, D&O, EPL, E&O and Crime insurance involving public and private companies, financial institutions, private equity firms and non-profit organizations. 

Demonstrating a strong commitment and passion for DE&I initiatives, Angela serves the Asian American Insurance Network as a Co-Founder, Executive Board member and Corporate Treasurer.  She also serves MMA’s Enterprise Asian Colleague Resource Group as a Co-Chair.
