Biography

Mr. Wright is a Supervisor for Empirical Loss Management, LLC, a U.S. domiciled entity specializing in Audit, Consultation and Niche, Specialty Claim Administration Services.
 
Mr. Wright has in excess of 30 years in the insurance industry in various positions with claim administrative firms and insurers prior to joining Empirical Loss Management.
 
Mr. Wright’s experience has included expert handling of claims in material and construction defects, which includes commercial and residential complex construction defects cases, wrap-up policies, and all types of property damage and bodily injury claims in relation to construction work mostly on high rise buildings, with exposure over $1,000,000. He has also handled a variety of other claims including E&O, GKLL, Aviation, Marine, Trucking and Risk Management.
 
Mr. Wright’s responsibilities have included handling of claims in the areas of investigation, coverage, evaluation, negotiation, litigation management and resolution of serious injury claims with exposure in excess of $10M. He has also supervised and controlled litigation by choosing defense counsel, developing plans, directing litigation, and controlling legal defense expenses and cost to ensure effective resolutions.
 
Mr. Wright has served as technical resource and trained claim staff. He has supervised claim representatives and has provided customer service to insureds, agents, brokers and underwriters.
