Stephen Bracewell

Biography

Stephen Bracewell is Assistant Vice President of Construction Defect claims with National Claim Services, Inc.  Mr. Bracewell's responsibilities include oversight and management of Construction Defect claims nationwide with a primary focus on non-west coast states.  National Claim Services, Inc. is a third-party claims administrator wholly owned by Allstar Financial Group, a managing general underwriting agency.  National Claim Services handles claims on policies underwritten by the Allstar Financial Group of companies.  Mr. Bracewell has extensive experience handling and managing construction defect claims in various jurisdictions across the United States for general contractors and subcontractors.  He earned his Bachelors of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia.  Prior to joining National Claim Services, Mr. Bracewell supervised general liability claims involving construction-related risks with Colony Insurance Company and the ACE Group of Companies (now known as Chubb).
