Biography
Richard (Rich) Savage, Director of Complex Claims - Cyber/Tech/Media at Rockville Risk Management Associates, has worked the past 22 years in the insurance industry. Since 1998, Rich’s career at insurance has included various positions in Information Technology prior to moving into handling Cyber and Data Breach claims. Rich’s unique blend of IT experience combined with a strong customer focus and knowledge of the insurance industry allows him to “bridge the technical gap” between insureds and vendors. Rich provides marketing assistance and training on Cyber-related products and trends and assists Rockville Risk’s insurance partners' underwriters and product development teams with new product development and existing product enhancement.
