Biography

Mr. Saccone is currently AVP of Client Services with Sedgwick in Naperville, Illinois. In this role, he is responsible for the management of services, expectations and results of existing programs. He measures, analyzes and communicates program results and presents strategies for improvement.
Jim has 15 years of experience in the claims industry. Jim joined Sedgwick in 2004 and has partnered with multiple clients during that time, including AT&T, The Home Depot, Sears Holdings Corporation and Kohl’s Department Stores. In his current role, he has overall program responsibility for the national Casualty programs for CVS Health and Starbucks Coffee Company. Jim delivers successful results on each program he is a part of.  
 
Jim’s accomplishments with Sedgwick clients include:
Problem solving and successfully implementing client specific solutions
Developing strong client and colleague relationships; enhancing the operational team’s understanding of how their performance impacts each client’s results
Guiding successful new client implementations, technology projects and strategic initiatives
Identifying cost drivers and other areas of opportunity to reduce client costs
 Development and achievement of client specific performance goals
Ensuring overall client satisfaction & delivering the best of Sedgwick

Jim received a bachelor’s degree in business administration finance from the University of Northern Iowa. He has earned an Associate in Claims and Associate in Risk Management designations from Insurance Institute of America.
