Jeremy Huish

Biography

Jeremy Huish is an attorney and Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Arizona. In his role at Artex, he is responsible for overseeing the development of single-parent captives for clients across a wide array of industries. He is an active member of the Self Insurance Institute of America (aka SIIA) and has participated in meetings with Congress, the Treasury Department and the IRS.
Prior to joining Artex in 2009, he spent 7 years in Washington, D.C. as a tax attorney for a Big 4 accounting firm and an international law firm. His experience includes international, federal, state and local tax matters, including experience advising the largest U.S. banks on the taxation of their U.S. and foreign clients. Jeremy has two accounting degrees (B.S. in Accounting - Arizona State University, Master’s in Accounting - Brigham Young University) and two law degrees (Juris Doctorate - Brigham Young University, LL.M. in Taxation - Georgetown University).  He is married with three sons who keep him busy.
