Biography
With more than 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, Kiersten is experienced in all aspects
of workers’ compensation claims handling. Throughout her career, she has enhanced and increased the
efficiency of workers’ compensation and general liability programs for multiple organizations, with a
focus on reducing risk. In her current role as Senior Manager of Workers’ Compensation & General
Liability for Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Kiersten is responsible for setting strategy and
managing the self-insured workers’ compensation and general liability programs. Kiersten received her
Master of Business Administration from Philadelphia University and obtained her Property and
Casualty Resident Producer license from the Pennsylvania Insurance Department.
