Chris Konzelmann

Biography

Chris Konzelmann concentrates his practice exclusively in the field of subrogation focusing on major property losses and complex litigation primarily involving fires, collapses, and water discharges. For over 25 years, Chris has represented major property insurers and has litigated numerous complex commercial and residential property losses.

Chris is one of a limited number of subrogation lawyers who is a state certified interior structural firefighter, fire officer, and fire instructor. His fire service experience and training give him a unique perspective when investigating and litigating fire losses.

Chris is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, and the District of Columbia. He has litigated matters in 18 other jurisdictions as lead counsel with the assistance of local counsel.

Chris is an arbitrator for the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas and is responsible for providing continuing education to the other members of the Subrogation Department.
