Biography
Kelsey is a Field Claims Manager at Acuity, A Mutual Insurance Company. Managing a team of multi-line adjusters in Missouri and Arkansas, Kelsey specializes in transportation and litigation.
Recently, Kelsey earned a Masters of Science in Risk and Insurance from Butler University. She earned undergraduate degrees in Political Science, History, and Criminal Justice from Indiana University – Bloomington. In addition to her degrees, Kelsey has earned AIC, AINS, and AIS designations from The Institutes, Certified Leadership Professional designation from the International Association of Insurance Professionals, and SCLA designation from the American Educational Institute. She has also earned her CCP through her completion of CLM's Claims College School of Transportation and is a member of the Transportation Committee.
Kelsey joined Acuity in 2014. Much of her time with Acuity was spent as a Field Claims Representative in Indiana where she continues to reside.
