Biography
Seth Davis manages the national self-insured claim program (GL, PD, WC Environmental and Subrogation) for Westfield’s 32 regional and flagship properties. Seth received his Bachelors in Business Science from Pepperdine University, his OSHA General Industry Trainer certification through the U.S. Department of Labor and his mediator training at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law.
Seth excels in community outreach serving as Presidents of the Southern California Association for Healthcare Risk Management, the Encino Chamber of Commerce and Woodland Hills Sunrise Little League. Seth has testified before the Los Angeles City Council on Tax Reform and was on a California Senate Sub-Committee for prescription drug funding.
From design, construction and development to leasing, management and marketing, Westfield creates and operates flagship retail destinations in London, New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles which are among our portfolio of 35 centres. Recently Unibail-Rodamco entered into an agreement to acquire Westfield to create the World’s premier owner, operator and developer of flagship shopping destinations.
