Biography
Joseph V. Pitstick is Associate General Counsel of the BMW Group Legal Department located in Hilliard, Ohio. Joe has been with the BMW Group since 2006.
Prior to his coming to work for the BMW Group, Joe was in private practice for thirteen years. During that time, he litigated a wide variety of civil cases, including commercial disputes, real estate issues, contract issues, mechanic’s liens, workers’ compensation, and construction defects.
Joe received his B.A. degree in History from Kent State University and his law degree from the University of Cincinnati. He is a member of the Ohio bar and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He has taught Real Estate Law as an Adjunct Professor, taught LSAT review courses, and has worked as a Volunteer Mediator for various courts in Ohio. He is also a member of the CLM Advisory Board.
