Dawn Hove

Biography

Dawn A. Hove is a partner in the firm’s San Deigo office bringing more than 15 years of experience  advising and litigating on behalf of insurance companies on coverage-related matters. 
Her experience includes commercial general liability (CGL), commercial property, builders risk, directors and officers (D&O), and professional liability policies, as well as owner-controlled insurance programs (OCIPs), contractor controlled insurance programs (CCIPs), and risk transfer. Dawn evaluates and resolves insurance disputes arising from high-exposure complex construction defects, environmental conditions, product liability, premises liability, and bad faith claims. She has been involved in declaratory relief, complaints in intervention, subrogation and contribution, and priority of coverage disputes. 

Ms. Hove received her Juris Doctorate Cum Laude from Whittier Law School in 2005 after earning her undergraduate degree from Concordia University-Irvine. Ms. Hove is licensed to practice in California (2005) and Washington (2015).
