Amanda Machacek

Biography

Amanda is a partner at KSLN where she focuses her practice primarily on self-insured and insurance defense litigation throughout New York State and Pennsylvania. She specializes in commercial premises liability cases, additional insured coverage matters, and complex defense and indemnification issues. She also leads the firm in addressing Medicare and other lien issues affecting personal injury settlements. Amanda is known for her proven track record of successfully recovering attorney’s fees and defense costs incurred by her clients to make them whole after finding themselves the target of a lawsuit, and for delivering unparalleled customer service to her clients.

She earned her B.S. Pre-Law, cum laude, from the State University of New York, University at Buffalo and her J.D. cum laude, from the University at Buffalo Law School, She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Erie County Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York, Western New York Chapter.
