Biography
Ashley Brown was recognized as Kentucky Defense Counsel’s 2017 Defense Lawyer of the Year for her exceptional results and jury trial defense verdicts, and has been named a Kentucky SuperLawyer since 2016. Her experience includes successfully handling the defense of wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and construction defect claims at trial and on appeal. Ashley regularly works with insurance carriers and self-insured companies in all aspects of civil litigation and pre-suit investigation, achieving cost-effective resolutions and defense victories. In addition to her courtroom experience, Ashley routinely presents educational seminars to lawyers and insurance professionals.
