Biography
Conor T. Mulcahy, Esq. is a Clams Specialist for cyber, technology E&O, and media liability matters at AXA XL. Conor began his legal career at a mid-sized law firm, handling insurance coverage litigation and insurance defense matters. He then moved in-house to become Product Counsel for CNA Insurance, where he drafted policies and endorsements for CGL, D&O, E&O, cyber, and media policies. He joined AXA XL in 2015. As a claims professional, Conor has handled a multitude of data breaches involving thousands of affected individuals, within the United States and internationally. He is a frequent speaker on the topic of cyber insurance coverage at legal and insurance conferences. Conor graduated magna cum laude from Boston College with a B.A. in English and Philosophy, and he obtained his J.D. from Boston College Law School.
