Charles Silla

Biography

Charles Silla is the Talent Officer for Chubb North American Claims.  In this role, he has responsibility across North America to proactively build a talent pool of Claims candidates, both internal and external, to address succession planning, build bench strength and meet our significant growth objectives. He also has responsibility for Chubb’s Claims professional development team and its activities as well as oversight of Chubb’s Claim Associate program.
Prior to assuming his current role, Charles has a number of senior Human Resources leadership roles at Chubb and ACE including SVP of HR for Global Personal and Small Commercial Insurance, SVP of Human Resources for ACE Overseas General and SVP and head of Talent Acquisition.
Prior to joining ACE in 2002, Charles held a number of senior Human Resources positions with PwC and Arthur Andersen/Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) including Managing Director of Human Resources for PwC Consulting and Asia Pacific Director of Human Resources for Andersen Consulting. In addition to his North American responsibilities, Charles has lived and worked in Tokyo and London.
