Biography
Lé Andra brings over 17 years of experience in the risk management industry and is currently the Director of Risk Management at Staples, Inc., where she oversees the strategy, development and implementation of the organization’s Global Risk Management Programs. She began her career as a multi-line claim adjuster at Federated Mutual Insurance before moving into claims consulting with McGriff Seibels & Williams. Prior to Staples she managed the insurance and claims programs for Kenco Group, Inc., a privately-held third party logistics corporation. Lé Andra has spearheaded several key risk management projects over the years, including the development of a Culture of Excellence, introduction of innovative cost-saving claims and insurance strategies; and the implementation of risk management information systems to turn big data into actionable data.
Lé Andra graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She holds her Associate in Risk Management and her Casualty Claims Law Specialist designations.
