Biography

Stephanie B. Burnstein is an associate attorney who primarily concentrates her practice in general litigation matters including negligence, insurance and trucking/transportation matters. She has extensive experience in all stages of litigation including client intake, filing lawsuits, conducting discovery, drafting and arguing motions, case evaluations, settlement negotiations and post-litigation review. Prior to joining Segal McCambridge, Ms. Burnstein worked as an associate with a litigation group in Southfield, MI.

Ms. Burnstein earned her J. D. from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, MI. While in law school, she served as the Symposium Editor and Assistant Editor at The Wayne Law Review and was a Director and Member of Outside Competitions for the Moot Court team. She also received the Kienbaum, Opperwall, Hardy and Pelton PLC Endowed Scholarship in 2014. Ms. Burnstein holds a bachelor's degree in social relations and policy from Michigan State University. She is admitted to practice in Michigan.
