Biography

Pam Colpoys is Director Risk Management for Ashford, Inc., a leading provider of asset management and other services to companies within the hospitality industry. Currently Ashford serves as the advisor to two NYSE listed real estate investment trusts, Namely Ashford Hospitality Trust ad Ashford Hospitality Prime. Combined, Ashford Trust and Ashford Prime have 126 hotels with more than 26,000 rooms and over $5 billion in assets. In her current role, Pam manages the casualty and property risk program with an emphasis on mitigating exposures through successful litigation and claim management with partners in the Ashford Global Casualty program. Prior to joining Ashford, Inc., Pam was Corporate Risk Manager for Omni Hotels and came to Omni from Harold’s Stores where she also served as Risk Manager. A risk manager with over 15 years’ experience in the risk management field, Pam has held board positions with the local Dallas Ft Worth Chapter of RIMS and is a graduate of the University of Texas with a BBA in concentration in labor management and holds the Associate in Risk Management designation.
