Eloy Cisneros

Biography

Mr. Eloy Cisneros is a Project Manager and Environmental Health and Safety Team Leader for J.S. Held LLC with over 23 years of experience providing environmental consulting services to both the private and public sectors.  Mr. Cisneros earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of California Berkeley and is a Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC), Certified Lead Inspector/Assessor/Project Monitor and Certified Microbial Consultant (CMC) and accredited training instructor who has developed and presented training on hazardous materials/wastes, asbestos, lead, PCBs, bacteria and mold.  Mr. Cisneros has presented to numerous organizations and groups on various environmental and health and safety topics, including the 2016 Insurance Claims Conference of Northern California, the California Real Estate Inspector Association (CREIA), the Silicon Valley Association of Facilities Engineering, and the East Bay Municipal Engineers. Mr. Cisneros has provided environmental consulting services to the insurance industry for both small and large losses as well as catastrophes. His diverse skillset, relevant experience, and extensive knowledge and qualifications give Mr. Cisneros the ability to identify and implement practical and cost-effective solutions to environmental issues. He specializes in developing proactive environmental management programs that allow clients to minimize burdens associated with environmental compliance by identifying and planning for environmental hazards before they become an issue.  This proactive approach allows Mr. Cisneros to successfully navigate clients through the labyrinth of environmental regulations.
