Zack Craft directs the rehabilitation technology and complex care services for One Call, specializing in assistive technology, complex rehab equipment for severely injured patients. Zack and his team of rehabilitation specialists, technicians and cross-functional specialists serve patients who have suffered complex and/or catastrophic injuries, such as brain and spinal cord injuries, severe wounds, amputations and similar life-altering conditions. He and his team travel the country, evaluating patients in rehabilitation centers of excellence and visiting their homes to determine the best home-based treatment approach.
Leveraging numerous rehabilitation product line certifications and more than 20 years experience, Zack selects the most appropriate equipment to maximize the patient's functionality and independence with a focus on complex rehab engineering. With specialty focus around new innovative products and technology around wearables, in the DME industry. In addition, he teaches adjusters, case managers, occupational therapists, physical therapists and patients how to use assistive technologies.
Before joining One Call, Zack spent a decade in the engineering field and has designed products for use in physical therapy. Zack has also been a featured columnist in several industry-wide publications such as Work Comp Central, Case in Point, WorkCompWire, and Risk and Insurance. A Certified Assistive Technology Professional, Zack also donates his evaluation and equipment maintenance services to charitable organizations, including Nathaniel's Hope, Make a Wish, MDA, and Step It Up Recovery. Zack also is a Shepherd Center Spinal Cord Advisory Board Member.
