Biography

Becky Karam is the Director of Risk Management for Installed Building Products. In her role at IBP Becky has oversight of risk management throughout IBP’s national footprint. Becky and her team work with top management and local operations to deliver real world solutions and minimize exposure. Over Becky’s 18 year career at IBP she has held several positions, starting as the controller for the first branch in Columbus Ohio to the past 9 years as head of the risk department.IBP has grown by acquisition from one branch in 1998 to about 100 locations in over 40 states, and is primarily a new residential subcontractor installing insulation and other building products such as gutters, garage doors, shower doors, shelving and fireplaces.Becky and her family have lived in Columbus Ohio for over 35 years. She is former President and still board member of Central Ohio RIMS, member of CLM and ICAA task force committee member.
