Biography
Carly R. Eastwood is a Litigation & Claims Professional with 30 + years of experience in Multi-line Claims Handling. Currently, the AVP, Claims/Sr. Director of Risk Management for MODE Global, LLC, she enjoys training and mentoring. Carly is a TMCA Credentialed Mediator in Texas with a background in personal and Commercial Liability (Auto & GL), trucking and transportation, Non-Subscriber as well as many other lines including excess and specialty. Carly was born in Dallas, TX and raised in Malakoff, TX where she attended MISD all 13 years and Graduated with a 4.0 GPA as Salutatorian. Carly went on to attend TVCC, Eastfield College, El Centro College and Texas Christian University where she pursued Certification in Mediation & degrees in Business and Criminology while being a single Mom. Carly has completed her CCP through The Institutes in Casualty. Carly is a long-standing member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and is a Full Member of the Texas Association of Mediators as well as a CLM Fellow. Carly holds Professional Designations through the Management & Strategy Institute. (PMC, BMC, LSSBB, CTS). Carly has 1 biological daughter, 4 Bonus children, and 10 Grandchildren (6 boys and 4 girls).
